Welcome to sedapZ. This website and mobile application is owned and operated by the sedapZ group of companies which consists of The Chicken Rice Shop (407308-U), DubuYo (830339-U), Sepiring (954162-D), Sukiya Tokyo Bowls & Noodles (984159-U), Ichiban Ramen Original Japanese Noodle (1175376-T) & Che Go Korean BBQ (1175376-T) (collectively the “sedapZ group of companies”). By signing up for sedapZ mobile services or website (collectively the “Service”) or any of the services of the sedapZ group of companies, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). The Services offered by sedapZ under the Terms & Conditions include various products and services to help you create and manage a sedapZ account. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall be also subject to the Terms & Conditions.

The sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to modify or replace any part of the Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to the sedapZ website. You are advised to check the Terms & Conditions periodically for changes that may impact you. You may reject any changes made by terminating your sedapZ account. Continued usage of the Service after any changes have been implemented shall constitute your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.

1. Eligibility

a. Any use or access to the Service by sedapZ group of companies employees, employees’ family members, suppliers, business partners, affiliated agencies is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms & Conditions. If you are a sedapZ group of companies employee, employees’ family member, supplier, business partner or affiliated agency, please do not attempt to register for the Service or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a sedapZ group of companies employee, employees’ family member, supplier, business partner, or affiliated agency, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about anyone who is a sedapZ group of companies employee, employees’ family member, supplier, business partner, or affiliated agency, please contact us at feed back@sedapz.com . The Service is not available to any users previously removed from the Service by sedapZ.

b. The sedapZ group of companies reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt by you to transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder, except as expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions, is void.

2. SedapZ services

a. The Service comprises a mobile application for tracking and earning reward points for dining at or ordering from sedapZ group of companies restaurants, as well as redeeming the reward points for rewards from sedapZ for products from the sedapZ group of companies.

3. Nonexclusive license

a. The sedapZ group of companies hereby grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Services and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. Access to and use of portions of the Services are limit ed to persons that become members of the Services. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, distribute, sell, trade, exploit or use for any commercial or other purposes, any portion of, or any access to:
i. any Services;
ii. the website or mobile application;
iii. Any materials, information, news, advertisements, listings, pricing, data, input, text, songs, audio, video, pictures, graphics, software, blogs, forums, message boards, broadcasts, com ments, suggestions, ideas and other content, that is made available on or via the Services, except, to the extent permitted, with the prior written consent of sedapZ or unless expressly permitted in these Terms of Use.

b. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Services in any way. You may not advertise or solicit on the Services without our express written permission.

4. SedapZ accounts

a. You must sign up and create a sedapZ account (“Account”) to use and gain access to the Services by providing your name & email address. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your Account information. sedapZ may reject your application for an Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
b. You acknowledge that sedapZ will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communications.
c. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure. The sedapZ group of companies cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and PIN.
d. Each person is entitled to only a maximum of one (1) sedapZ account. Account users must be present for all app activities.
e. Your sedapZ account is non-transferable, non-assignable, and is for your exclusive use.
f. Your sedapZ account shall be valid and used in any sedapZ group of companies restaurant within Malaysia only.
g. You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded under your sedapZ account. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
h. You will be responsible for any purchases and activities that are submitted to this Account. You shall be bound by and responsible for all communications and online activity transmitted or conducted through the use of your Account.
i. You must notify the sedapZ group of companies immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your Account. The sedapZ group of companies will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorised use of your Account.
j. Where a fraudulent or wrongful use of an Account is detected or suspected, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the registration of any individual or corporate member immediately at our discretion.
k. Please provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for your Account. You may at any time change or update your Account information.

5. Account activation

a. If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of another person, that person shall be the Account owner. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to our Terms of Use.

6. Payment of fees

a. It is free to sign up and create a sedapZ mobile application account.

7. Point collection and redemption

a. Points can be earned by ordering items from any sedapZ group of companies restaurant and users may redeem some or all of their points on the Service. For more details on point conversion, point validity period, rewards, etc., you may refer to the sedapZ application or Clause 8 below for more information.
b. Point values and reward offers on the Service are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the sedapZ group of companies.
c. Points will be deducted automatically from the sedapZ account based on a first in first out basis upon successful redemption. The points earned at the earliest date will be deducted first, followed by points earned at later dates, until the full amount of points required for reward redemption is achieved.
d. In the event that a user’s reward redemption is not reflected in their sedapZ account within 3 business days, users can send an email to feedback@sedapz.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of redemption to request assistance in processing the redemption or refunding points. Feedback received for issues arising after the fourteen (14) day period will not be entertained.
e. All completed reward redemptions shall not be revoked, cancelled, returned or refunded.
f. In the event that a user needs to collect points manually (such as in the event of but not limited to poor internet connection, technical error, etc.), users can send an email to feedback@sedapz.com to arrange for manual points collection within 5 business days from the receipt date.
g. In-person manual point collection conducted by the user at the physical outlet requires the sedapZ group of companies restaurants’ outlet manager’s signature on the receipt. The sedapZ group of companies will not process any submitted requests for manual point collection if no signature of the outlet manager is provided.
h. In-person manual point collection verification & awarding requires 5 working days and is strictly subject to the sedapZ group of companies management’s discretion.
i. We reserve the right to refuse point redemption services to any sedapZ account if the sedapZ group of companies identifies that the points collected were in error or suspects that the points were fraudulently accumulated or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
j. Payment by redemption of cash vouchers (physical or digital) is not applicable for point collection. Points will only be collected on payments made by cash/e-wallet/credit card/debit card on the total amount paid after deducting the amount covered by cash vouchers (physical or digital).

8. sedapZ points and rewards details

a. Points earned by ordering items from any sedapZ group of companies restaurant may take up to twenty four (24) hours to be reflected in sedapZ.
b. Redemption of points earned by ordering items from any sedapZ group of companies restaurant is only allowed after a twenty four (24) hour time period has elapsed from the date of the transaction from which the points were earned.
c. Points earned by ordering items from any sedapZ group of restaurants and redeemed on the Service have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of collection.
d. Point collection is limited to a maximum of 300 points per sedapZ user per day, regardless of whether total accumulation of receipts is equal to or more than RM300 (max 2 receipts).
e. Point collection on sedapZ is limited to 2 times per day, further transactions will not be valid for point collection.
f. Payment by redemption of cash vouchers (physical or digital) is not applicable for point collection. Points will only be collected on payments made by cash/e-wallet/credit card/debit card on the total amount paid after deducting the amount covered by cash vouchers (physical or digital).
g. Unless expressly provided under these Terms & Conditions, all rewards are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
h. Rewards redeemed from sedapZ using points have an expiration date of 1 month from the date of redeeming (downloading) the reward. Expired rewards shall be forfeited from the user’s sedapZ account, not reinstated, and not refunded.
i. The full terms and conditions for each reward will be stated on their respective description.
j. All reward products are subject to in-store availability and are only applicable to the specific product and sedapZ group of restaurants associated with the reward.
k. We reserve the right to refuse point redemption services to any sedapZ account if the sedapZ group of restaurants identifies that the points collected were in error or suspects that the points were fraudulently accumulated or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
l. We reserve the right to replace or substitute any rewards with other items of similar or equivalent notice without prior notice.
m. We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, change and/or terminate the rewards and/or items available for redemption from time to time at the sole discretion of the sedapZ group of companies.
n. Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, not for sale to any third parties, and not exchangeable for cash.

9. Product information and pricing

a. sedapZ endeavours to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, product and promotional information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur from time to time and we do not guarantee that the pricing, images, product description, or other product or promotional information provided will be accurate, reliable, current, error-free, updated, or complete. You agree that the sedapZ group of companies shall not be liable for any errors in the pricing and product or promotional information listed through our Services.
b. If a sedapZ group of companies product offered on sedapZ itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Products returned are required to be returned within the prescribed time as provided in Clause 12 below.
c. If the actual point value of any product redeemed by you is higher than that reflected through our Services, sedapZ will inform you and you will be given an option to confirm or cancel your redemption of such product based on the correct value. By confirming your purchase, you authorise sedapZ to charge the additional points to you. If you elect to cancel the purchase, we will reverse or refund points redeemed for such product in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your redemption in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. The final price will be the price on the day the products are redeemed.
d. All product prices are shown in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
e. Prices of products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time without notice.

10. Promotions, voucher codes, member privileges and programmes

a. From time to time, sedapZ may introduce promotions, vouchers, offers, contests, surveys, privileges and other programmes, subject to additional terms and conditions, which can be found through our Services and are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Promotions, vouchers, offers, contests, surveys, privileges and other programmes are only valid for the time period specified by sedapZ and while stocks last basis. No compensation or cash will be offered in the event that a promotion is no longer in stock.
b. The following terms shall apply to the use of credits, vouchers, coupons and codes (“Voucher Codes”):
i. Each Voucher Code is only eligible for a single use and is only valid for the time period specified by sedapZ.
ii. Voucher Codes may only be redeemed by purchasing certain products from the sedapZ group of companies restaurants during the applicable validity period.
iii. Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, coupon, code or offer, including but not limited to discounted sale items, unless otherwise stated.
iv. Voucher Codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
v. Resale, transfer and sharing of Voucher Codes are strictly prohibited. In spite of the above, gift vouchers, if offered by sedapZ, may be purchased by you and given to others.
vi. No reproduction, alteration, adaptation, tampering, distribution, publication, broadcast or other communication or dissemination of Voucher Codes are allowed.
vii. Voucher Codes are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise misappropriated or fraudulently used.
viii. sedapZ group of companies restaurants reserve the right to verify the validity of any Voucher Code and to declare null and void and charge full price for products purchased, any Voucher Code that in our opinion has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with, or which is suspected to have been misappropriated or fraudulently obtained or used.
ix. sedapZ group of companies’ decision on all matters relating to promotions, discounts, Voucher Codes and other privileges is final and binding. sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to discontinue any promotions, vouchers, offers, contests, surveys, privileges and other programmes at any time without notice or liability.

11. Products

a. We have made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear through our Services. We cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display of any colour will be accurate.
b. We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
c. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
d. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue any product at any time.
e. Any offer for any product or Services made through our Services is void when it is prohibited by law.
f. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

12. Returns and refunds

a. Should there be discrepancies in redeemed products, all inquiries should be sent by email at feedback@sedapz.com or by calling the help hotline (012-627 9046) for all branches.
b. All issues in relations to products redeemed shall be notified to us within three (3) working days from the date of collection of the product. Upon approval from us, all refund, exchange or returns of products shall be done within 14 working days. Refunds for Product purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.
c. Any special requests from customers for refunds and exchanges may require a physical visit to sedapZ group of companies restaurants after it has been agreed upon and arranged between customers and the sedapZ group of companies restaurant.
d. Gift items are non-exchangeable. This applies to hampers and all items purchased for a third-party’s consumption.
e. Our Customer Service may choose to issue Credit Vouchers with the same value amount as the returned or refunded product or Customer Service may replace the returned or refunded product with a new order of the same product as per customer’s request. The customer can then shop as usual.
f. Customer Service reserves the right to reject the products that are not under our Refund Policy. The products will be returned to the customer and the exchange request will be void.

13. Third-party links

a. Third-party links on our Services may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
b. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
c. Please ensure that you review the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.
d. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

14. Service rules

a. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with the Service:
i. Copying, distributing or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
ii. Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots”, “spiders”, “offline readers”, etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the sedapZ servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional online web browser (except that, subject to the privacy settings of our users, the sedapZ group of companies grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from sedapZ for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials);
iii. Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails;
iv. Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service;
v. Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
vi. Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service;
vii. Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including Account names, from the Service;
viii. Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity;
ix. Interfering with the proper workings of the Service;
x. Accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorised by the Service;
xi. Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content, or enforcing limitations on use of the Service of the content therein, or
xii. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Service.
b. We may, without prior notice, change the Service, stop providing the Service or features of the Service (to you or generally), or create usage limits for the Service.
c. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability to the sedapZ group of companies, for any reason or for no reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Terms of Use.
d. Upon termination of these Terms & Conditions or your access to the Service for any reason or no reason, you will continue to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
e. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other sedapZ users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. The sedapZ group of companies shall have no liability for your interactions with other users, or for any user’s action or inaction.

15. Intellectual property

a. These Terms & Conditions do not transfer from the sedapZ group of companies to you any sedapZ group of companies or third-party intellectual property, and all rights, title and interest in and to such property will remain with the sedapZ group of companies. Your use of the Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any sedapZ group of companies or third-party trademarks.
b. The copyright, patents, trademarks, registered designs and all intellectual property rights in the Services, shall vest in and remain with the sedapZ group of companies and its licensors.
c. Consent is granted to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the Services for the sole purpose of making a redemption with sedapZ group of companies restaurants for your use. You may not modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of the content on sedapZ for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
d. You acknowledge that the sedapZ group of companies and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of such material (collectively “content”) and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
e. The sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to revoke this authorisation at any time, and any use shall be discontinued immediately on written notice from the sedapZ group of companies.
f. We will not disclose your confidential information to third-parties, except as required in the course of providing our Services. Confidential information includes any materials or information provided by you to us which is not publicly known. Confidential information does not include information that:
i. Was in the public domain at the time we received it,
ii. Comes into the public domain after we received it through no fault of ours,
iii. We received from someone other than you without breach of our or their confidentiality obligations, or
iv. We are required by law to disclose.

16. Feedback and other submissions

a. If you send certain specific submissions (through our Services including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions) without a request from us, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “comments”), these will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, continuous, unchangeable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such posting or submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or recompile such posting and/or submission.
b. We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
c. By sending and/or posting your comments, you agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
d. You agree to not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

17. Advertisements

a. The sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to display advertisements on your Account and throughout the Service.

18. Termination/Account cancellation

a. You may cancel your Account at any time by emailing feedback@sedapZ.com. Since deletion of all data is final, please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your Account before doing so.
b. Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason, sedapZ will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account.
c. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the sedapZ service for any reason, any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, fees change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
d. sedapZ may send you a notice and terminate your access to all or any part of the Services for any reason, any time. If you are found connected directly, or indirectly to any fraudulent behaviour, the sedapZ group of companies will suspend or cancel your Account immediately.
e. Without limiting any other remedies, sedapZ may suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have breached or violated any Terms of Use as determined in the sole discretion of the sedapZ group of companies.
f. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to deactivate your Account if it has been inactive for a period of 10 years or more.

19. sedapZ rights

a. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) for any reason, with or without notice at any time.
b. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
d. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property of these Terms of Use.
e. Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any sedapZ group of companies customer, sedapZ group of companies employee, member, or officer will result in immediate Account termination.
f. In the event of a dispute regarding Account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm Account ownership. Documentation may include but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your government-issued identity card, etc.
g. We retain the right to determine, in our sole judgement, rightful Account ownership and transfer an Account to the rightful owner. If we are unable to reasonably determine the rightful Account owner, the sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to temporarily disable an Account until a resolution has been determined between the disputing parties.

20. Optional tools

a. sedapZ may provide you with access to third-party tools over which sedapZ neither monitors nor has any control nor input.
b. You acknowledge and agree that sedapZ provides access to such tools “as is” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. The sedapZ group of companies shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
c. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

21. Disclaimer of warranties

a. The Services are provided “as is”. The sedapZ group of companies and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b. Neither the sedapZ group of companies nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
c. Before acting on the information found in our Services, you may wish to confirm the facts that are important to your decision making. Product information on our Services may be different from information on the products for a variety of reasons including such things as merchants’ updates and changes.
d. The sedapZ group of companies reserves the right to change or update information on any product on sedapZ at any time without prior notice.
e. You shall not use the Product in any manner and/or for any purpose for which they are unsuited for and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Product.
f. You expressly agree that the sedapZ group of companies assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and the sedapZ group of companies assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. You assume all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product.

22. Limitation of liability

a. You expressly understand and agree that the sedapZ group of companies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
b. In no event shall the sedapZ group of companies or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our platform, our Services or this Terms of Use (however arising including negligence).

23. Indemnification

a. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sedapZ group of companies, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, partners and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Terms.

24. Dispute resolution

a. In the event a dispute arises between you and the sedapZ group of companies, please contact the sedapZ group of companies. Should you have a dispute with one or more users, or an outside party, you release the sedapZ group of companies (and the sedapZ group of companies’ officers, directors, agents, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
b. The sedapZ group of companies encourages users to report user-to-user disputes to your local law enforcement, postmaster general, or a certified mediation or arbitration entity, as applicable.
c. The sedapZ group of companies, for the benefit of users, may try to help users resolve disputes. The sedapZ group of companies does so in the sedapZ group of companies’ sole discretion, and the sedapZ group of companies has no obligation to resolve disputes between users or between users and outside parties. To the extent that the sedapZ group of companies attempts to resolve a dispute, the sedapZ group of companies will do so in good faith based solely on the sedapZ group of companies’ policies.
d. The sedapZ group of companies will not make judgements regarding legal issues or claims.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the sedapZ group of companies and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorised executive of the sedapZ group of companies, or by the posting by the sedapZ group of companies of a revised version.
b. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, these Terms & Conditions and any access to or use of the Services will be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
